Day 6: All work and no play (Aug 6th)

Today was our staff training day. So I spent all day in the gym. I worked out a little. I tumbled at work during the breaks so that's about all the exercise that I got in.

8am: Emerald breakfast 180 calories, stila 100 calories, banana 110 calories = 290 calories

12pm: BBQ lunch on work brisket and beans and a dozen carrots

3pm: Grilled cheese crackers 190 calories

7pm: Dinner at Mexican Restaurant grilled chicken salad with tomatoes and light ranch dressing

Don't really know the calorie intake but everyone has an free day. I guess today is my day.
