Day 4: Hectic workdays (Aug 4th)
Worked a double today. Too exhausted to work out but here's the menu for today.
7am: Snickers 220 calories
10am: Emerald breakfast pack 180 calories and 1 cup of strawberries and cantaloupe 180 calories = 580 calories
1pm: Sandwich 310 calories, strudel crisps 90 calories, Kettle chips 140 calories = 1120 calories
3pm: Peanut butter and jelly 380 calories = 1500 calories
6pm: Stila bar 100 calories = 1600 calories
9pm = Lean cuisine mushroom tortellini 310 calories = 1910 calories
Total Calories = 1910 calories yay!!!
