Sore from the workout yesterday. But feeling good. Trying to stay motivated is the hardest part. The little head cold I have is getting better but I've still got a lot of congestion in my chest which makes it hard to breathe. Not helping the fact that I have asthma as well. More to come as the day goes on. Thanks for the support!
Food:
10am: Sugar free oatmeal, one banana, a cup of blueberries, coffee = 306 calories
12pm: One cup of spanish rice and beans in a tortilla 535 calories = 841 calories
2pm: Snickers powerbar 210 calories = 1051 calories
4pm: Stila bar 100 calories = 1151 calories
6pm: One cup of pineapple, strawberries, and cantalope 180 calories = 1331 calories
9pm: Lean cuisine mushroom dumpling dinner 310 calories plus small salad and 1 tbsp of ranch dressing 100 calories =1741
TOTAL Calories = Total Calories 1741 = yay under goal again
Exercise:
Basic Core work on the yoga ball. Super busy day didn't get around to much :(
