Oxygen has been my favorite fitness magazine for years. It has the best of everything! Advice for moms, for busy business women, easy recipes that are healthy, new and fun exercises, and it applies to everyone. Whether you are into powerlifting, toning up, yoga, jogging, outdoor activites. It has something for everyone. I especially like that the women are more realistic that the ladies that are on the cover of Shape and Self magazine. They are more of the skinny toned models, not what most women actually look like. It only costs $20 for one year (12 issues). Plus seeing the magazine come to your house every month is a great reminder to keep going in case you have gotten off track.

On another note, this Saturday I am planning on running the $1.00 monthly 5K in town. And when the weather finally isn't terrible I am planning on having a once a month family hike day with anyone who wants to come out. Not only will it keep me on track but it will help others too!
